Fig Garden Swim and Racquet Club is hands down one of my favorite local venues. It’s not as sprawling as some, like Wolf Lakes or Holland Park West, but what it lacks in spaciousness, it makes up for in vibe. It’s really the closest you can get to having a “backyard wedding” without actually using a backyard. On top of that, this particular backyard can hold a few hundred of your closest family and friends. ]]> http://www.markjanzenphotography.com/amy-and-david-wedding-photographs-from-fig-garden-swim-and-racquet/feed/ 4 Jeanine & Joshua – Wedding photographs from River Park Bible Church and Fig Garden Swim and Racquet http://www.markjanzenphotography.com/jeanine-joshua-wedding-photographs-from-river-park-bible-church-and-fig-garden-swim-and-racquet/ http://www.markjanzenphotography.com/jeanine-joshua-wedding-photographs-from-river-park-bible-church-and-fig-garden-swim-and-racquet/#comments Mon, 21 Sep 2009 21:31:19 +0000 admin http://www.markjanzenphotography.com/?p=1455 Jeanine and Joshua were married at River Park Bible Church with their reception following at the Fig Garden Swim and Racquet Club.  One of the highlights for the day was the transportation between the church and the club.  Jeanine and Joshua kept it a secret from the bridal party until we all walked outside and the Clovis Trolly was waiting for us.  I rode with the bridal party to the reception and got some great images along the way – very cool way to travel for sure!  I had a great little session with the couple at the club and the night finished with a fabulous reception full of great toasts, a ballroom dancing exhibition by Jeanine’s parents (I hear they’ve been practicing!), and tons of love for one of the most genuine relationships I have had the pleasure of documenting.
